SK Associates ("SK Associates", "we", "us" or "our") is a real-estate consultancy based at DSM 021, Ground Floor, DLF Tower, Shivaji Marg, Moti Nagar, New Delhi 110015. We respect your privacy and take reasonable care to keep the personal information you share with us accurate, secure and protected against misuse, loss or unauthorised access.

This website gives general information about residential projects, including DLF One Midtown, DLF The Arbour and DLF The Magnolias 2, to help you with your property search. While we try to keep it accurate, we do not accept liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information on this website. Please check project details against the developer's official documents and the relevant RERA website (Delhi or Haryana) before making a decision.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information that you give us through this website, our enquiry and registration forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, email and our social media pages.
It does not cover websites, apps or services run by other organisations, including property developers, banks or social media platforms, even if we link to them. Those organisations have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Details you give us: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of home you are interested in, your preferred site-visit date and anything else you choose to tell us. If you apply for a job, we also collect your work experience, current employer, LinkedIn profile and CV.
Our conversations with you: records of calls, messages, emails and meetings with our team, and comments or messages you send us on social media.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, and the date, time and length of your visit. We use this only to run and improve the website.
Cookies and local storage: we store a small marker in your browser so the registration pop-up is not shown again after you have registered. We also keep an anonymous count of website visits, shown at the foot of each page. It records no name, IP address or other personal details; a marker in your browser only makes sure each visit is counted once. We may use analytics or advertising cookies in future; if we do, we will update this policy.

3. How we use your information

To answer your enquiry and send you the price list, floor plans, brochures and payment plans you ask for.
To arrange site visits and help you through booking, documentation and home-loan assistance.
If you apply for a job, to assess your application and contact you about the role.
To tell you about other projects, offers and services that may interest you.
To keep records of our dealings with you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

4. Your consent to be contacted

When you submit a form on this website, you agree that SK Associates and its team may contact you about your enquiry and related property information by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email and social media messaging. You give this consent even if your number is registered with the National Do Not Call (DND/NCPR) registry. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With your permission – for example, with the developer's sales team to book a site visit or reserve a unit, or with a bank or housing-finance company when you ask for loan help.
With service providers – such as website hosting, email and messaging services, who process it only on our behalf.
When the law requires it – in reply to a court order, summons or lawful request from a government authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.

6. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it securely. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. However, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent; or
deal with a complaint about how we have handled your information.

8. Website content and trademarks

This is not the official website of DLF Limited. DLF, One Midtown and other project names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the projects. The written content and design of this website belong to SK Associates and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
